The coffice (https://archstartup.wordpress.com/2012/09/23/coffice-where-all-the-magic-happens/) is no longer as viable of an option. As much as the coffee was good, the collaboration and new adventures seem to require more of a larger, quieter space.  Conference calls just don’t sound legit when you hear “Grande Machiato for Carl” yelled in the background.

There’s some interesting spaces around the world where people are collaborating/co-working.  It’s not just the cheaper rent that brings people together, its often the energy and excitement of starting something new.  While most often its artists seeking out the cheap rent, there’s opportunity to be had with realigning with the creative spirits!
